Somatic Bodywork Session

Service Description

These Somatic Bodywork sessions are designed to help release stress, tension and trauma that is held in the body. You will lie on a massage table or futon where you will have the opportunity to discuss what you would like to work on. I will then use somatic tools to aid a release in your body that include meditation, transformative breathwork, intuitive massage and sound healing.
